Our Channel Sales Team in Cambridge, MA is seeking a dynamic and highly organized Inside Sales Specialist to help us capitalize on strong growth potential in the retail, building management and transportation industries in North America. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves building relationships, and has a knack for turning leads into loyal customers. You’ll be the engine behind our sales operations—driving performance, optimizing CRM workflows, and ensuring every lead is nurtured with care. You will work closely with the Sales & Business Development Director North America, Sales Operations in our Swiss HQ, as well as our Tech Support.

Your responsibilities

Strengthen and expand existing relationships with long tail integration partners

Manage inbound leads

Support partner pre-qualification, onboarding and fostering partnerships.

Monitor and safeguard data quality in CRM system (e.g., Salesforce)

Assist Office Manager in daily business as deputy

Conduct project-based tasks to support the sales process

Your Qualifications

1-3 years of experience as inside sales specialist, sales support and/or CRM specialist.

High affinity for technical products.

Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and follow-through

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills—both written and verbal

Proven track record of managing leads and supporting revenue growth

Proficiency in CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce)

English Native speaker, Spanish is a plus

Hybrid three days in the office

This position is initially scoped at 32 hours (or four days per week) benefits-eligible and designed to grow. Based on performance, experience, and business needs, there is a perspective to increase to 40 hours (or five days per week) and to gradually assume full ownership of an existing portfolio of integration partners and customers
