Key Responsibilities
As the account owner, represent the company to the customer and the customer to the company in all sales-oriented activities. Identify customer needs and develop/implement complex sales strategies. Call on existing or new customers to present Applied products and services offerings; coordinate customer demonstrations with product business group representatives. Communicate and present Applied Materials’ product roadmaps and capabilities to the customer, as well as communicate the customer’s technology needs to product business group representatives. Prepare pricing quotes; negotiate to final price and submit documentation to book order. Conduct follow-up on accounts receivables. Maintain appropriate coverage and documentation for all assigned customers. Maintain summaries of customer visits, develop customer‑specific action plans and complete them on a timely basis. Yes The salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on multiple factors including location, hire grade, job‑related knowledge, skills, experience, and with consideration of internal equity of our current team members. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as participation in a bonus and a stock award program, as applicable. For all sales roles, the posted salary range is the Target Total Cash (TTC) range for the role, which is the sum of base salary and target bonus amount at 100% goal achievement.
