Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for an Account Executive based in Urbandale, IA, with opportunities for remote work. The Account Executive will focus on creating and cultivating client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth. Daily responsibilities include managing client accounts, developing sales strategies, preparing presentations and proposals, and collaborating with internal teams to align client needs with tailored technology solutions. This role involves maintaining a deep understanding of Koltiv’s services to effectively communicate their value to potential and existing clients.

Qualifications

Strong interpersonal skills, relationship management, and customer service capabilities

Sales experience, including lead generation, prospecting, and building pipelines of opportunities

Proficiency in developing proposals, presentations, and sales strategies

Knowledge of IT services such as managed IT services, cloud solutions, and cybersecurity is a plus

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working in a hybrid environment

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
