OC3PL is seeking an experienced Account Manager to lead strategic B2B fulfillment accounts. This role owns the client relationship from onboarding through ongoing operational performance and growth. You will act as the primary point of contact for assigned 3PL clients, ensuring fulfillment runs smoothly, service levels are maintained, and risks are proactively addressed. This is a client-facing logistics role — not warehouse supervision and not call center customer service. Key Responsibilities

Manage a portfolio of B2B fulfillment accounts Partner with operations teams to ensure order accuracy, inventory health, and SLA performance Support onboarding and go-live execution for new clients Lead recurring client meetings and performance reviews Identify risks (order spikes, replenishment gaps, system issues) and resolve proactively Analyze fulfillment metrics and recommend improvements Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts Qualifications

Minimum 1 or more years of account management experience in 3PL, fulfillment, or logistics Experience working directly with warehouse operations teams Strong understanding of WMS systems and fulfillment workflows Ability to manage multiple client relationships simultaneously Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills Compensation
