We’re seeking an experienced sales professional to lead growth across one of the most dynamic electric utility markets in the country. Covering New Mexico, Texas, Oklahoma, Arkansas, and Louisiana, this role represents a significant opportunity to build lasting relationships and drive sales of high-value electrical products and systems to electric power utilities including investor-owned, cooperative, and municipal customers. As the District Sales Manager, you’ll manage key accounts, develop new business, and represent a trusted brand known for quality and reliability. The right candidate will bring a strong technical foundation in electrical products and systems and a proven ability to sell complex industrial products directly to utility customers. If you’re ready to combine your technical expertise with a consultative sales approach and make a measurable impact, we’d like to connect. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field required. Demonstrated success selling complex electrical products and systems to utility customers (IOUs, co-ops, municipalities) and ability to take ownership of a high-growth territory within the US power market. Currently living in a metro area with access to a large airport in Texas, Oklahoma, or Louisiana (Texas preferred). Able to leverage strong technical acumen to translate complex solutions into customer value. Self-motivated and strategic, with excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, CRM systems, and virtual collaboration tools. Willingness to travel approximately 50% within the region (primarily Texas).
