Your Role in Keeping the Future in Safe Hands… As the

Regional Sales Manager for California, Arizona and Hawaii market regions,

you will play a key role in driving revenue growth by building strategic customer relationships and delivering value‑engineered Traka technology solutions. Each day brings meaningful engagement—from uncovering customer needs to presenting Traka’s industry‑leading electronic key and equipment management solutions, crafting detailed specifications and SOWs, developing compelling proposals, and ultimately closing new business.

Success in this role relies on strong partnership with Sales Engineering, Account Management, and Professional Services to ensure customers receive a seamless experience from initial discovery through deployment. You will use your understanding of the regional market landscape and high‑growth industries to build and manage a healthy pipeline in Salesforce CRM.

Equally important, you will serve as the voice of the customer—bringing forward product feedback, innovative ideas, and market insights that help Traka stay ahead in your region. Your technical sales acumen positions you as a trusted advisor in key and equipment management technology.

Reporting to the

Vice-President, Sales & Business Development , you will be accountable for leading revenue growth across your assigned region. This includes driving strategic business development efforts, shaping value‑engineered Traka solutions that meet customer needs, and advancing opportunities from initial discovery through close. You will apply strong technical sales judgment to develop clear specifications and well‑structured SOWs, build compelling proposals, and guide customers toward the right solution. Throughout the sales cycle, you will collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure commitments are met and projects transition smoothly into delivery.

This is a customer facing role which always requires the highest level of customer service. The role will perform responsibilities following all company standards, policies, and procedures. When not in the field, this will be a work from home position. A suitable, dedicated home office space for working and presenting Traka solutions will be necessary to perform the role.

Who You Are: You are a technical sales professional based in the California or Arizona (“Calizona”) market region who brings enthusiasm, drive, and genuine curiosity to solving real‑world challenges through technology. A confident and articulate communicator, you are passionateabout understanding customer needs and ensuring every solutionis thoughtfully designed, expertly deployed, and fullyoptimizedto deliver measurable value.

You have proven experience in technical sales within the region and have cultivated strong relationships with both end users and channel partners. Youoperatewith integrity and humility, consistently putting the customer at the center of your approach. Details matter to you—you take pride in your work and understand how small refinements can make a meaningful impact.

What you will do…

Create and executeastrategic territory planfor theCalifornia,Arizonaand Hawaii marketregionstofosternew business growth in key growth sectors including government, education, healthcareandmajor corporatesin-line with targets.

ConductTraka presentations, technical product demonstrations and consultations with end users and partners toidentifyneeds and solutions.

Travel within regiontobuild exceptional relationships with end users andpartners– including systemintegrator,OEMand internal ASSA ABLOY partners.

Record all sales and business development activities in Salesforce CRM including qualifying and tracking leads, opportunities, creating project proposals (CPQ) andmaintainingan accuratepipeline for reporting.

Work with the operational and project delivery teams to ensure end user requirements and professional services are accurately scoped and ensure customer expectationsare effectively managedthroughout the sales and implementation process.

Collaborate with marketing to innovate campaignsto drivedemand strategicallyincoregrowthmarkets and sectors.

Work closely with marketing toidentifyand support industry trade show events including booth representation and setup/teardown asrequired.

Identifyopportunities for technology integration with OEM’s that increase the value proposition to the end user.

Be the voiceof customer working with product managementand engineeringtohelpinnovate new features, functionality, andnewproducts that meetcustomer needs.

Work collaboratively with ASSA ABLOYgroup companiesto drivenew businessopportunitiesand innovation.

Conductsales trainingand“lunch n learns”for partners.

Participate in national and regional trade shows and conferences.

Conduct basic solution training for end users where necessary.

Maintain professional and product knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishingpersonal networks; participatingin professionalsocieties.

Perform other duties as assigned by the Manager from time to time.

Travel is required up to 50% withincontinental USAwith potential opportunities to travel totheUK and other parts of the world for conferences and educational seminarsas mayberequired.

What we expect of you…

Bachelor’s Degree or relevant technology sales experience of 5+ years .

Strong knowledge and experience of the assigned market geography.

Strong track record of exceeding goals in high revenue, project-oriented sales.

Strong technical acumen and experience with hands‑on demonstration of hardware, software and integrated technology solutions.

Outstanding interpersonal and presentation skills.

Excellent at building long term end user relationships.

Experience in B2B solution selling, sales engineering, security system design or installation is highly desired.

Experience with using Salesforce or similar CRM is highly desired.

Strong proficiency in using Microsoft Office suite.

Good organizational and prioritization skills.

Physical Requirements

Normal, corrective vision range; ability to see color and to distinguish letters, numbers and symbols.

Frequently required to sit, stand, walk, talk, hear, bend and reach.

Ability to work with graphic display units, touchscreens, etc.

Ability to lift, roll and carry demo equipment up to 75 lbs during travels - plane, vehicle, etc.

Ability to travel and sit on a plane or car for extended hours.
