
Position Summary
Join a global leader in electronic components as a Regional Sales Manager, responsible for driving sales growth and managing strategic accounts across North and South America. This role oversees direct and distributor sales, supports design‑in initiatives, and leads business development efforts for both new and existing customers. Acting as the primary point of contact, you’ll handle customer communications, resolve issues, and coordinate visits to ensure high levels of satisfaction and account success.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet targets and KPIs
Identify new business opportunities, manage quotes, and follow up on leads
Build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular visits and technical support
Act as the main contact for customer projects, presentations, and design wins
Collaborate with internal teams and global counterparts to meet customer needs and grow international business
Monitor market trends and provide insights to management for strategic planning
Prepare accurate forecasts, reports, and maintain CRM records
Promote new products and enhance product knowledge through presentations and training
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree preferred; 2–3 years of relevant sales experience
Basic understanding or interest in electronic engineering and OEM products
Fluency in Japanese preferred but not required
Interest or experience in sales, international business, or project management
Strong verbal and written communication skills with customers, colleagues, and partners
Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle for customer visits
BASE SALARY
USD70,000-80,000 (DOE)
