Overview

We are looking for an exceptional individual to lead our growth in
Germany .
This is not a typical sales role. It is a rare opportunity to become the primary face of an internationally expanding brand within one of Europe’s most important gymnastics markets. The right person will play a central role in driving sales, developing relationships, and strengthening Quatro’s presence across clubs, partners, and events.
Responsibilities
Driving sales growth within the German gymnastics market
Building relationships with clubs, coaches, retailers, and key stakeholders
Identifying opportunities, developing accounts, and supporting market expansion
Collaborating with our international marketing & operations teams
Providing valuable market and customer insights
Qualifications
We’re looking for someone who is:
Highly motivated, ambitious, and commercially minded
Experienced in sales (sports / apparel industry preferred), preferably from the gymnastics industry
A confident communicator and relationship builder
Organised, self-driven, and target-focused
Comfortable with CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools
Fluent in
German must live in Germany
Good level in English
