Manage and grow a portfolio of high-value customers in sectors such as oil and gas, energy transition, and industrial manufacturing. Own the full sales cycle: prospecting, needs analysis, solution design, presentations, negotiation, and closing. Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, understanding their operations and aligning integrated system solutions to their goals. Work closely with internal engineering, product management, and service teams to ensure successful project delivery and long-term customer satisfaction. What you will be doing
Develop and execute territory and account strategies to hit and exceed revenue targets. Identify and convert new business opportunities while expanding wallet share within existing accounts. Maintain accurate pipeline, forecasting, and account plans using CRM and standard reporting tools. Represent the business at customer meetings, site visits, and industry events as required. What we are looking for
8+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally in gas compression, rotating equipment, or industrial/energy solutions. Background in technical sales, account management, and relationship management in a complex sales environment. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or related discipline (or equivalent experience). Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and growing strategic accounts. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage at all levels of a customer’s organization. Why consider this role
