What You’ll Do
Own the full lifecycle of Tier 1 customer relationships within our asset division Serve as the primary point of contact for executive stakeholders and day-to-day decision makers Develop account strategies focused on retention, expansion, and margin growth Identify and execute upsell/cross-sell opportunities (dedicated, contracted capacity, additional lanes, modes, services) Lead QBRs, performance reviews, and strategic planning sessions Partner with operations to ensure service execution and proactive issue resolution Monitor KPIs, service metrics, and profitability to drive continuous improvement Build forecasts and growth plans for each account Advocate internally for customer needs while protecting company margin and service standards Stay close to the market to uncover new opportunities within existing networks What We’re Looking For
5+ years in transportation/logistics account management, brokerage, or asset-based trucking Experience managing large or enterprise-level shippers Strong understanding of asset operations and capacity strategy Proven track record of growing accounts and expanding wallet share Executive presence and ability to influence multiple stakeholders Data-driven and commercially minded Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Self-starter with ownership mentality What Success Looks Like
