Junior Account Manager
to support our Client Development Team within our locum tenens division. This role is operationally focused and plays a key part in helping manage client relationships, live vacancies, and MSP workflows.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to grow within healthcare staffing while gaining hands-on exposure to account management and locum tenens operations.
What You’ll Do
Support the lifecycle of client vacancies from intake through provider submission, interviews, offers, and scheduling.
Assist in managing and maintaining the MSP platforms, including job distribution, submission tracking, and compliance updates.
Partner closely with a senior CDM and recruiting team to ensure strong delivery and timely internal and external communication.
Help maintain client communication cadence and assist with reporting and performance tracking.
Provide administrative and operational support to ensure smooth account execution and provider scheduling.
What You Bring
Experience in healthcare staffing, MSP administration, or account coordination preferred.
Locum tenens experience is a plus but not required.
Strong, professional communication skills for both client-facing and internal collaboration.
High attention to detail with excellent organization and follow-through.
Ability to collaborate in a team-based, performance-driven environment.
