Automotive Supplier Sales Coordinator.
The Sales Coordinator serves as key support to the account management and business development teams within an automotive supplier environment. This role ensures accurate program documentation, pricing updates, customer support activities, and organized recordkeeping while maintaining strong cross-functional communication. The Sales Coordinator plays a critical role in supporting OEM and Tier customer relationships.
Account & Program Support
Support Account Managers in managing OEM and Tier 1 automotive customer accounts.
Prepare and process customer quotations, RFQs, and pricing documentation.
Maintain and update customer contracts, pricing agreements, and sales records.
Coordinate new launches and ensure smooth order execution.
Supports program launch and cost walks related to engineering changes.
Sales & Customer Support
Enter and track customer orders.
Monitor delivery schedules.
Communicate changes in order volumes, production schedules, or delivery timelines.
Prepare weekly/monthly sales reports.
Track pricing updates, cost changes, and margin analysis.
Maintain data accuracy.
Support budgeting and annual sales planning processes.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
Experience in sales support, sales coordination, or administrative roles
Strong proficiency in Excel
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Experience with sales reporting and data analysis
Strong customer service with excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
