Utah Life Real Estate Group is hiring a driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our inside sales division. This is not a cold call center job. You will be working real inbound leads, following up with active prospects, setting qualified appointments, and directly contributing to closed transactions. If you are competitive, disciplined, and motivated by performance this role has real upside.
Responsibilities
Participate in PLACE New Agent Launch to internalize PLACE lead generation and prospecting scripts
Respond to inbound internet leads quickly
Make structured outbound calls daily
Qualify buyers and sellers
Set and confirm appointments for licensed agents
Follow up with nurtures and long-term prospects
Maintain accurate notes in our CRM (Follow Up Boss)
Track appointments through closing
You are responsible for helping generate revenue.
Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings and Partner Call
Track activities and clients in PLACE Technology
Qualifications
Comfortable making 60–100+ calls per day
Strong communicator
Competitive and coachable
Organized and detail-oriented
Resilient with rejection
Sales or call center experience preferred
Real estate experience is required
This role is metrics-driven. We measure results.
