
Temporary Administrative Assistant/Order Management Specialist

$17.00/hr

9am - 5pm

The Administrative Assistant will provide critical support to the Customer Experience and Purchasing teams by assisting with order processing, customer communications, inventory and invoice management, and supply chain coordination. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with internal teams, sales representatives, dealers and end users.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with sales order entry
Provide inventory status and order updates to our Reps, Dealers, and End Users
Manage email requests for return authorizations and provide call tags when needed
Provide invoices to Reps, Dealers, and End Users as needed
Process credit memos
Assist with verification of pricing and quantities on incoming invoices against POs
Provide quotes for export sales requests Monitor and maintain ETA/ETD dates in SAP
Assist in updating material status’
Provide flex capacity to supply chain team
Key Requirements:
Strong intellectual acumen to make informed and sound decisions
Proficient in Microsoft Suite
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Strong analytical and time management skills
Ability to work independently, effectively prioritize and multitask
Ability to work in a results-oriented work environment
Experience in administration and high-volume office work
The ability to multitask and quickly switch your focus
A High School Diploma or equivalent
SAP and EDI experience highly preferred
