Seeking dynamic, result-driven Sales Specialist. Our medical and surgical practice with 3.7 million social media followers across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube has earned a national and global patient reach which changes patient lives through industry-disrupting procedures for the past 23 years.
The Work:
Prospect, qualify and convert patients through consultative selling in Los Angeles.
Achieve and exceed personal monthly, quarterly sales targets for procedures.
Develop and maintain relationships with local optometrists, primary care physicians, and other referral sources to generate consistent patient leads.
Maintain accurate records in CRM system.
Requirements:
Proven track record of success in consultative field sales (strong preference for ophthalmology pharmaceuticals or devices).
Strong communication skills; ability to connect empathetically while confidently closing sales.
Experienced with CRM software (preference for HubSpot).
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and resilient; thrives in performance-driven environment with uncapped earning potential.
Must live in Los Angeles.
Bachelor’s Degree.
