Online platforms
Cold calls
Physical market visits
Meetings with brand owners
Key Responsibilities
Find and approach potential clients from Instagram, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, Facebook
Cold calling
Physical visits to shops, brands, and businesses
Pitch our manufacturing services (custom hoodies, t-shirts, tracksuits, etc.)
Generate and close new business deals
Handle client requirements and coordinate with factory team
Follow up with leads and build long‑term client relationships
Achieve monthly sales targets
Requirements
Sales experience (any industry; apparel is a plus)
Confident in cold calling and face‑to‑face meetings
Good communication in Urdu & English
Must be active, energetic, and target‑driven
Willing to visit markets and brands physically
Smartphone required; laptop is a plus
Salary & Commission
Fixed salary + commission per deal
High commission for self‑generated clients
No income limit for good performers
Promotion to Sales Manager based on performance
