With a growing presence and a deep bench of top-tier professionals, we’re looking for a dynamic Operations Manager or experienced Operations Director to join our Dallas office and drive operational efficiency as we scale.

Position Summary The Operations Manager or Director will be responsible for overseeing the day‑to‑day operations of our Dallas office, supporting brokers and staff, and driving process improvements that enable our teams to perform at their best. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership capabilities, exceptional organizational skills, and a proven ability to thrive in a high‑performance environment.

Key Responsibilities

Office Operations: Oversee administrative functions, workflow optimization, vendor management, office systems, and daily operations.

Team Support: Serve as a resource for brokerage teams, ensuring seamless coordination across marketing, research, and client service functions.

Process & Performance Improvement: Identify inefficiencies and implement improvements to enhance productivity and reduce operational friction.

Financial Oversight: Assist and manage local budget planning and tracking; assist in expense control, reporting, and compliance with corporate policies.

HR & Talent Coordination: Partner with HR on recruiting, onboarding, and employee engagement; maintain a positive, inclusive team culture.

Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure adherence to internal policies, contracts, and regulatory requirements.

Technology & Tools: Champion adoption of internal systems and tools; provide training and troubleshooting support where necessary.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management

5–8+ years of operational or management experience, preferably within commercial real estate, professional services, or a fast‑paced sales‑driven environment

Proven track record of leading teams and improving operational performance

Exceptional communication, organizational, and problem‑solving skills

Tech‑savvy with a strong command of CRM systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and project management tools

Ability to manage multiple priorities

Collaborative leadership style with a “get‑it‑done” mentality
