The Opportunity This is a pivotal moment to join SoundHound AI. Reporting to the VP, Strategy & Corporate Development, you will play a central role in shaping how SoundHound captures value from its M&A and related enterprise initiatives. Partner with Finance to define, track, and report on synergy realization against deal performance targets.
Lead strategic programs that extend beyond initial deal closure, ensuring long-term integration success and value creation across acquired and legacy businesses.
Drive high-impact initiatives that expand value from past integrations (e.g., product harmonization, GTM alignment, systems migrations, shared services optimization).
Serve as a trusted leader for select enterprise-wide strategic initiatives that strengthen SoundHound’s overall operating model or accelerate transformation.
Partner with business and functional leaders to identify and execute cross-portfolio initiatives that enhance scalability, efficiency, and integration readiness for future deals.
What You’ll Bring
At least 8 years of professional experience in M&A integration, transformation, or large-scale program leadership within a technology, SaaS, or AI-driven company, with a Bachelor’s, or a Master’s
Demonstrated success leading complex integrations or transformation initiatives through the full lifecycle: planning, execution, stabilization, and optimization.
Proven experience developing and running governance models, KPIs, and dashboards for tracking integration and transformation impact.
Strong understanding of how product, technology, and GTM decisions intersect with operational integration and value creation.
Structured, first-principles problem-solving skills with strong project discipline and operational instincts.
