Amazon MGM Studios is seeking a talented and motivated Associate Photo Producer to join our dynamic Photo team, supporting the Lead Photo Producer.

Amazon MGM Studios develops and produces original television shows and movies that help drive the global growth of Amazon Prime Video. As an Associate Photo Producer, you will support photo production and post workflows, assist creative teams, and help ensure high-quality visual assets are delivered on time and within budget for the marketing campaigns for our original productions.

Key Job Responsibilities

Assist in coordinating photo shoots for original series and movies marketing campaigns, supporting alignment with creative vision and production schedules.

Support the Lead Photo Producer in tracking production budgets, schedules, and coordinating with campaign management teams for cost‑effective asset delivery.

Assist in reviewing photo deliverables to help ensure they meet Amazon MGM Studios' quality standards and brand guidelines.

Support and service photo requests from cross‑functional departments including Marketing, PR, Social, and Production teams.

Assist in identifying opportunities to improve photo production processes, help implement best practices, and support efficiency across multiple concurrent projects.

Help ensure photo deliverables are compliant with legal requirements including external stakeholder approvals, regulations, and internal policies.

Basic Qualifications

Experience managing multiple projects and priorities across teams in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment.

Experience in written and verbal communication skills to communicate with technical and non‑technical audiences, including senior leadership.

Experience with digital asset management tools.

Bachelor's degree in Photography, Film Production, Media Arts, or equivalent professional experience.

3+ years of experience in photo production, photography, or related creative production roles.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in the entertainment industry.

Experience in photo and video production, including post production, lighting, composition, color quality, and aesthetics.

Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite.

Experience dealing with major unions, guilds, contractual terms and deal structures in the entertainment industry.

Experience working with talent, publicists, and entertainment industry vendors.

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign‑on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
