We’re Hiring: Vice President of Marketing

Hugel Aesthetics is seeking an experienced Vice President of Marketing to lead our U.S. marketing strategy and execution during a pivotal phase of US commercial growth. This role will be responsible for building and scaling a high-impact marketing organization, strengthening brand presence, and driving demand across our aesthetic portfolio.

The ideal candidate brings a balance of strategic vision and hands‑on leadership, with deep experience in regulated, physician-focused environments and a proven ability to translate strategy into measurable commercial results.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and execute the U.S. marketing strategy aligned with commercial objectives and long‑term growth plans

Build, develop, and lead a high‑performing marketing team across brand, digital, and field marketing

Drive brand positioning, messaging, and campaign execution across multiple channels

Partner closely with Sales, Medical Affairs, and Regulatory to ensure compliant, effective go‑to‑market strategies

Oversee product launches, lifecycle management, and portfolio optimization

Leverage data and insights to guide decision‑making, measure performance, and continuously improve impact

Manage agency partners, budgets, and vendor relationships with strong financial discipline

Qualifications

Minimum of 15 years of progressive marketing leadership experience (or equivalent combination of education and experience)

Significant experience in aesthetics, pharma, biotech, or other regulated healthcare environments

Proven track record of building brands and driving commercial growth

Strong cross‑functional leadership skills with the ability to influence at the executive level

Hands‑on, adaptable leader comfortable operating in a fast‑growing, entrepreneurial organization

The most likely base pay range for this position is $280,000 to $320,000 per year. Several factors, such as experience, tenure, skills, and particular business needs, will determine an individual’s exact level of compensation. Base salary is only one element of employee compensation at Hugel Aesthetics. The total compensation could include base salary, bonuses, and equity awards.
