Salary: $60,000 to $75,000

About Forgeworks.ai Forgeworks is a RevOps consulting agency that helps high growth B2B companies scale their revenue operations. We design, build, and optimize GTM systems across HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho and more.

Our growth has come primarily from referrals and strong client outcomes. Now we are investing in building a stronger brand presence and deeper partner relationships.

The Role We are hiring a Marketing Associate, Brand & Partnerships to help Forgeworks tell better stories and show up consistently in the market.

This role is focused on storytelling, content, and relationships. You will turn client work into compelling case studies, manage our newsletter, support partner marketing efforts, and help make Forgeworks visible to the right audiences.

You will work directly with the Founder and CEO and take ownership of how our brand is represented across channels.

This is not a performance marketing role. It is a hands on brand building and relationship driven position.

What You’ll Do Client Stories and Content

Interview clients and internal team members to capture project outcomes and transformation stories

Turn those stories into case studies, testimonials, and website proof points

Write and publish weekly content across LinkedIn, email, and the Forgeworks website

Own the Forgeworks newsletter from planning to distribution

Repurpose long form insights into short form posts and thought leadership

Brand Presence and Distribution

Ensure our website reflects current wins, testimonials, and capabilities

Coordinate light paid campaigns to amplify strong content

Maintain a consistent brand voice across all public channels

Support webinars, events, and educational content initiatives

Partner and Referral Marketing

Manage relationships with existing partners

Coordinate co marketing campaigns and partner spotlights

Identify opportunities to deepen referral relationships

Support outreach and follow up tied to partner initiatives

Basic Reporting and Organization

Track high level inbound trends and engagement metrics

Maintain clean marketing data in HubSpot

Report monthly on brand visibility and inbound performance

What You Bring

1 to 3 years of experience in B2B marketing, content, community, or customer marketing

Strong writing skills with the ability to translate technical work into clear language

Experience interviewing customers or working closely with client facing teams

Highly organized and proactive with strong follow through

Comfort working directly with leadership in a fast moving environment

Familiarity with HubSpot, LinkedIn, and basic paid media platforms is a plus

Writing samples will be required.
