Overview We are seeking a

Territory Sales Manager

to support and deliver indoor air quality products to our dealers within a specific territory.

This is B2B (Business to Business) position.

Ideal candidate locations:

Des Moines, IA; Omaha, NE; Kansas City, KS; or Kansas City, MO.

Responsibilities Your day will include:

Consulting with AprilAire dealers to position their businesses for success

Providing tailored product and system solutions to HVAC dealerships

Cold calling and collaborating with customers on their needs

Working collaboratively with AprilAire distribution managers to secure distributor orders with dealers

Developing and leading your own Annual Operating Plan to support your sales goals and plan for your month-to-month activities

Tracking, updating, and reporting metrics on sales progress, activity, and customer accounts in our CRM (Goldmine)

Supporting clients and developing lasting relationships

Using data and your analytical skills to identify and prioritize accounts offering the greatest opportunities

Qualifications To be successful in this role you should have:

2 years’ experience in selling a tangible product

Ability to develop long lasting relationships with customers and provide great customer service

Motivation, flexibility and forward-thinking to thrive with minimal supervision Ability to grow and manage your territory

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred but not required

Ability to travel within your territory up to 40% (Kansas, Omaha, NE, Lincoln, NE, and Des Moines, IA)
