Cape Commercial Finance (CCF) is an equipment finance company dedicated to supporting capital expenditure needs for privately held, private equity-owned, and newly established businesses. CCF serves mid-market and lower mid-market clients in construction, energy, Healthcare, industrial, IT, manufacturing, sectors in the United States.

In addition, the company specializes in delivering project finance solutions for assets in the energy sector, including creating special purpose vehicles (SPVs) and restructuring existing debt.

Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Jacksonville, FL, for a Sales Associate in the Equipment Finance division. The Sales Associate(s) will actively develop and maintain relationships with clients, identifying and assessing their financing needs. Responsibilities include promoting financing solutions, negotiating terms, managing the sales process, collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of transactions, and providing excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction and foster long-term partnerships.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Finance and Financial Services, with knowledge of equipment finance and capital expenditure strategies.

Strong skills in Customer Service and Communication, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships effectively.

Experience in Sales and a proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets with a results-driven approach.

Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.

Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or a related field is preferred.

Experience in the energy or equipment leasing industry is a plus.
