Overview

As an Account Manager in the digital media team, you will drive client success by developing strategies using Epsilon’s Digital Media Solutions that align with client objectives and by leading internal teams to successful execution of personalized digital campaigns. You will apply your understanding of consumer behavior, marketing principles, and Epsilon’s personalized media capabilities to develop innovative campaign strategies that improve client ROI and market share. You will partner with Sales to identify opportunities for program optimization and incremental revenue to fuel account growth and shape client roadmaps. What You’ll Achieve

Your guidance will lead cross-functional teams to execute client programs that improve ROI, identify new revenue opportunities, and expand market share. You will optimize internal processes for streamlined campaign execution and scalability. Through insights and performance monitoring, you will provide actionable data to drive decision-making and program optimization, reinforcing Epsilon’s leadership in personalized media solutions. Client Strategy & Relationship Management Collaborate with the digital media team to understand client goals, consumer behavior, marketing principles, and Epsilon offerings to develop campaign and messaging recommendations. Use Epsilon’s digital media solutions (programmatic display, video, OTT/CTV, streaming audio) to develop and implement strategies that meet client needs and drive growth. Develop and manage client roadmaps aligned with quarterly forecasts and digital media offerings. Identify opportunities for program optimization and incremental revenue. Provide strategic insights to support account growth and partner with the Client Development Director on new opportunities. Reporting & Analytics Supervise program performance against critical metrics, identify risks, and develop mitigation strategies. Create and present campaign performance reports to clients. Analyze data to extract actionable insights that optimize program effectiveness. Execution, Process, & Project Management Partner with cross-functional teams on account and campaign setup to align with strategic goals. Demonstrate expertise in all Epsilon Account Management tools and processes for effective and timely execution. Lead campaign launches and coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure success. Operational Efficiency Drive standardization and automation to improve efficiency. Assess product and process impact from a global perspective. Ensure internal resources are efficiently managed to meet client and company objectives. Promote the adoption of tools, processes, and standard methodologies throughout the team. Why You Might Stand Out From Other Talent

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience from a four-year college or university is preferred. 4+ years in Account Management or Project Management (digital marketing or interactive agency experience a plus). Excellent client service, presentation, and writing skills. Creative, self-starter who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks and projects. Proven ability to work across an organization to get things done. Ability to learn quickly and think strategically. Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint. Base Salary & Benefits

Base Salary: $64,000 - $96,000. In addition to base salary, this role may be bonus or incentive compensation eligible. Actual compensation will depend on skills, experience, location, and applicable employment laws. The salary pay range is subject to change. Additional Information
