Part-Time Sales Representative – West Springfield, MA Costco Demos
$22–$25/hr + Performance Bonuses | Weekend Opportunity
Looking for a part-time role where your effort directly impacts your paycheck? If you’re outgoing, dependable, and motivated to earn, this is your chance to represent premium health brands inside Costco and get rewarded for performance.
You’ll engage members, educate them on our products, and drive sales through live demonstrations. The more you perform, the more you earn.
Compensation & Schedule
$22–$25 per hour
Performance-based bonuses
Part-time position
Saturday & Sunday required
Optional weekday shifts available
6–7 hour shifts
Start at $22/hr with growth opportunities up to $25/hr + bonuses based on performance.
What You’ll Do
Conduct engaging product demonstrations inside Costco
Actively approach and interact with members
Drive sales through product knowledge and enthusiasm
Maintain a professional and energetic presence
Track performance and meet sales goals
