Department Overview Silvus Technologies was acquired by Motorola Solutions in 2025, and is now part of its ecosystem of safety and security technologies. With deep roots in DARPA research, Silvus Technologies develops world-class advanced communications technologies that are reshaping the tactical communications landscape. From pure line-of-sight to extreme non-line-of-sight, Silvus radios form a self-healing, self-forming mesh network, enabling secure and reliable connectivity, including video and high-bandwidth data.
Job Description THE OPPORTUNITY
The North America (NA) Sales Operations Manager works with and directly reports to the Senior Director, Sales Operations. The successful individual in this role is focused on supporting the North America Silvus Sales VP and the sales teams with all operational tasks to drive efficiency across the sales team for forecasting and reporting. The North America Silvus Sales team is responsible for the sales of Silvus products, software and services via the extensive network of Channel partners and Direct customers through legacy MSI sales. This position is eligible for
100% remote
work depending on location.
Role and Responsibilities
Working closely with the Silvus sales Team to drive efficiencies and growth.
Provide support to the NA Sales VP and Silvus sales team:
Daily, weekly, quarterly and annual forecasting & committed view reporting.
Operation reviews and Quarterly Business review presentations and support.
Analyzing sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
Managing and maintaining CRM data to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
Collaborating with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies and tactics to drive growth and new opportunities.
Creating regular reports and dashboards to track sales performance and KPIs.
Driving sales forecasting and quota setting processes for the sales organization.
Identifying and implementing process improvements to streamline sales operations.
Providing training to the sales team on tools, processes, and best practices
Tracking and reporting on key sales metrics, such as conversion rates, win/loss analysis, and pipeline management.
On boarding new hires with required training.
Working with Global and International counterparts to drive new tools, processes and collaborations.
Working closely with finance, strategy and supply chain organizations to align on key objectives
Travel Requirements - up to 10% of the time, but variable (1-2 days every month may be required).
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in business, technical, or related field from an accredited university or college
Minimum 6 years of experience in operations management or in sales
Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills to identify opportunities for sales process improvements and develop and implement new strategies
Financial skills and business acumen to understand sales profitability and opportunities
Experience of Salesforce / Zoho or related CRM and Tableau software
Advanced Excel skills
Excellent Google sheets, docs and slides skills
Research and reporting skills to analyze sales data and consumer trends to create sales forecasts
Good influencing, consensus-building and conflict-resolution skills
Knowledge of channel distribution strategy and programs an advantage
Must be a U.S. Citizen due to clients under U.S. government contracts.

Preferred Knowledge Skills and Abilities
Master’s degree from an accredited university or college.
8-10 years of demonstrated experience in operations management or in sales.
Ability to work under own initiative and self-motivation
Excellent communication skills

Possess critical thinking and investigative skills
Basic Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in business, technical, or related field from an accredited university or college
Minimum 6 years of experience in operations management or in sales
