Hours Hours: Monday - Friday, 9:45 AM to 6:15 PM
Position Responsibilities
Support customers with special pricing requests, addressing pricing inquiries and recommending tailored solutions.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships through phone and email interactions.
Provide insights and feedback from customers to help shape Uline product offerings.
Collaborate across Uline's internal departments to meet our customer's needs.
Minimum Requirements
High School Diploma. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
2+ years inside sales or call center experience.
Strong customer service, communication and problem-solving skills.
Industrial products experience preferred.
