
A well-capitalized, boutique real estate investment firm is seeking a Senior Acquisitions & Investments professional to help drive sourcing, underwriting, and execution across a diversified portfolio of multifamily and furnished extended-stay assets.
This is a high-impact role with direct exposure to the CEO and meaningful upside tied to deal performance.
Key Responsibilities
Source and evaluate value-add, distressed, foreclosure, and off-market multifamily opportunities
Build and analyze detailed acquisition and investment models (IRR, equity multiples, cap rates, debt structures)
Lead transactions from initial outreach through LOI, due diligence, and closing
Prepare investment memoranda and acquisition presentations for senior leadership
Partner closely with asset management to ensure execution of the business plan post-close
Expand broker, lender, and ownership relationships to drive deal flow
Represent the firm at industry conferences and events
Qualifications
7+ years of experience in real estate acquisitions, investments, finance, or consulting
Advanced Excel underwriting and financial modeling expertise
Strong understanding of capitalization structures and deal execution
Existing industry relationships and a business development mindset
High ownership mentality and strong project management skills
Bachelor’s degree required (MBA preferred)
