Territory Sales Manager – Northern California (Including Hawaii)

The Northern California and Hawaii territory is open for a driven, entrepreneurial sales professional ready to build market presence and own a high-growth region.

The Opportunity We are seeking a hands‑on Territory Sales Manager who thrives in relationship-based selling and enjoys building a territory from the ground up. This role calls on diverse healthcare stakeholders, including:

Neurology practices

Podiatry offices

Oncology

Physical Therapy / Occupational Therapy clinics

Rehab centers and specialty clinics

You will work closely with the Regional Director/VP of Sales to develop and execute a strategic territory plan, drive new business, and expand existing accounts.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute a comprehensive territory business plan

Identify target accounts and drive new customer acquisition through strategic prospecting and cold outreach

Conduct product demonstrations, in‑services, educational programs, and procedural observations

Build and own relationships across physicians, therapists, hospital purchasing, biomed departments, clinic leadership, and VA stakeholders

Collaborate cross‑functionally with marketing and support teams to ensure strong customer experience

Provide training support to eligible patients within the territory

Maintain disciplined follow‑up and CRM activity to drive sustained growth

Required Qualifications

Minimum 3+ years of successful sales experience with documented year-over-year growth

Experience in medical device, diagnostics, or B2B sales

Proven ability to educate and influence physicians, therapists, and healthcare administrators

Strong relationship-building skills with a long-term account management mindset

High integrity, self‑motivated, and capable of working independently

Highly organized with strong follow‑through

Ability to travel up to 50% (car and air)

Valid driver’s license with clean driving record

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university

Experience selling into the VA system
