Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Luxury Watch Advisor based in Brookfield, WI. The role involves assisting customers in selecting luxury watches, providing expert guidance on timepiece features and brands, and delivering outstanding customer service. The Luxury Watch Advisor will also assist with visual merchandising, and develop in-depth product knowledge to support client engagement. The position requires teamwork, attention to detail, and a commitment to building lasting customer relationships.
Qualifications
Proficiency in customer service, communication skills, and the ability to build rapport with clients
Knowledge of luxury watch brands, features, and trends, and keen attention to detail
Sales and retail experience, particularly in luxury or high-end products
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage inventory and maintain store displays
Enthusiasm for learning about timepieces and sharing expertise with clients
Self-motivated with the ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment
Availability to work on-site in Brookfield, WI, with a flexible schedule that includes weekends and holidays
Previous experience in jewelry or luxury retail is a plus
High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certifications or training in sales, customer service, or horology is a plus
