Piedmont Media is seeking a motivated, community-oriented sales professional to work directly with local businesses across Fauquier and Prince William counties.
If you enjoy building relationships, supporting small businesses, and being active in your community, this role offers the opportunity to develop long-term client partnerships through both print and digital advertising.
What this role involves
Meeting local business owners and understanding their goals
Recommending practical advertising solutions across print and digital
Managing and growing your own book of business
Following through consistently and building trust over time
This position is ideal for someone who
Has 1–5 years of sales, customer-facing, or account management experience
Is comfortable introducing themselves and starting conversations
Is organized and self-directed
Has reliable transportation for local client meetings
Compensation
$40,000–$60,000 base salary depending on experience
401(k) with 3% company match
Paid time off plus 11 holidays
