Ezwim, a Netherlands based company in the global Harris Computer family - an operating group of Constellation Software Inc - is seeking a proactive, results-driven Sales Manager to spearhead New Business growth across all revenue streams. Reporting to the SVP, you will take ownership of delivering revenue targets, executing our sales strategy, and driving strong performance through effective KPI management. This role will work closely together with the Customer Success Managers (CSM), who oversee the day-to-day sales activity with existing customers. This is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact, elevate our sales function, and contribute to the continued success of a growing software organisation. Ezwim is based in Haarlem, Netherlands. This is a remote role, with on-site presence to be agreed. Regular international travel to clients and prospective customers is an integral part of this role. What you will do

Your key responsibilities will include (but will not be limited to): Sales Growth & Strategy (New Business / Hunting Focus)

Co-develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy with a clear focus on new business and new-logo acquisition. Proactively identify, qualify and pursue new market opportunities and strategic partnerships to accelerate growth. Drive cross-functional execution by aligning Product and Service Delivery to maximize pipeline velocity, go-to-market initiatives, campaigns, and customer delivery against sales objectives. Performance & KPI Management

Establish and enforce sales KPIs that ensure results-driven execution, transparent performance tracking, and data-driven decision-making with clear accountability. Analyse pipeline metrics, conversion rates, and survey results to identify areas for improvement. Provide regular reports and performance insights to the SVP. Customer Experience & Collaboration

Work closely with the CSM and promote a unified approach across departments to deliver a seamless customer journey from initial contact through to service delivery. Ensure that customer feedback informs both sales and marketing strategies. Reporting & Forecasting

Produce accurate sales forecasts, performance reports, and commercial analyses. Present findings, trends, and recommendations to the SVP and leadership team. What we are looking for

We are seeking a motivated, commercially astute Sales Executive who embodies our values (harriscomputer.com) and brings both strategic thinking and consultative sales focus to the role. You will thrive in a collaborative, customer-focused environment and be excited to contribute to a passionate, close-knit team. Proven experience as a Sales Executive or in a similar role, ideally with the ambition and readiness to take on increasing management responsibility. Demonstrated success in achieving ambitious revenue goals. Experience in building accurate sales forecasts and maintaining clear pipeline visibility. Strong understanding of integrated sales strategies, KPI management, and performance reporting. Experience working cross-functionally with operations, customer success, and professional services teams. Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work effectively with a range of sales and reporting tools. 3+ years of software sales experience into the Enterprise market. Personal Attributes
