Responsibilities
Learn our business from day one while based out of one of our neighborhood branches.
Serve as both the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and the behind-the‑scenes operational expert.
In our structured program, master the knowledge and skills you need to eventually run your own branch, cultivate new business and develop your team.
Receive guidance, mentoring, and support to be successful. Get out into the community and establish relationships essential to building your own business.
Excel at customer service, sales and marketing, finance, and operations. Learn what it means to always put our customers first. Foster a culture of friendly competition critical to growing our business and your success.
Qualifications
Must have a Bachelors Degree, or be within 1 semester of graduating with a Bachelors.
Must be at least 18 years of age.
Must have a current and valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at fault accidents on driving record within the past 3 years.
Candidates with more than 1 excessive speeding violation (defined as 26 or more miles per hour over the posted speed limit) on their driving record within the last 3 years will be disqualified from consideration.
No drug or alcohol related convictions on driving record within the past 5 years (i.e. DUI, DWI).
Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
