Responsibilities:
Prospect and sell
admission agreements to potential residents and their families through targeted outreach and relationship-building
Develop and maintain
a strong understanding of our senior living communities, services, and amenities to effectively communicate their value to prospects
Build and maintain
relationships with referral sources, such as healthcare professionals, to generate referrals and leads
Conduct guided tours
of our communities to showcase our facilities and services
Meet and exceed
sales targets and goals, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
Collaborate
with other departments, such as Marketing and Operations, to ensure a cohesive sales strategy
Requirements:
3-5 years of experience in senior living sales
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong prospecting and closing skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
Willingness to learn and stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments
