We’re seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager to lead and grow our rebar business across the Dallas region, with responsibility for strategic sales execution, regional performance, and cross-functional alignment. In this role, you’ll serve as a regional commercial leader—aligning district-level sales activity with operational capabilities, market strategy, and company objectives. Who You Are
You are a strategic, commercially minded sales leader with deep experience in rebar, reinforcing steel, or construction materials. You understand how to lead through others, balance regional growth with margin discipline, and translate market dynamics into actionable strategy. You’re comfortable operating at both the relationship level with key customers and the leadership level with internal teams, and you take pride in building scalable, high-performing sales organizations. What You’ll Do
Lead regional rebar sales strategy across the Dallas market, aligning territory execution with company objectives. Oversee and support District Sales Managers and sales teams to drive consistent performance, accountability, and growth. Own regional revenue, margin performance, forecasting accuracy, and pipeline health. Partner with operations, fabrication plants, and logistics leadership to ensure commercial commitments align with execution capacity. Build and maintain executive-level relationships with key accounts, developers, and strategic customers. Evaluate regional market conditions, competitor activity, and customer trends to guide pricing and growth strategy. Review major bids, pricing strategies, and contract terms to ensure profitability and risk alignment. Drive adoption of sales processes, CRM discipline, and forecasting standards across the region. Champion safety, ethical business practices, and a customer-first mindset throughout the region. Qualifications, Skills, & Abilities
Minimum Qualifications: Legally authorized to work in the US without company sponsorship. 7+ years of experience in rebar, reinforcing steel, or construction materials sales. Demonstrated experience leading multi-territory or regional sales teams. Proven ownership of revenue, margin, and forecasting at a regional level. Preferred Qualifications: Strong understanding of rebar fabrication, project-based sales cycles, and construction workflows. Experience partnering closely with operations and plant leadership. Ability to evaluate complex bids, pricing structures, and contractual risk. Strong leadership, coaching, and performance management skills. Proficiency with CRM systems, forecasting tools, and sales analytics. Regional travel throughout the Dallas market and surrounding territories. Regular engagement with customers, jobsites, and internal leadership teams. Ability to access active construction sites and wear required PPE when on-site. Schedule flexibility aligned with regional business needs and customer demands.
