What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

Establish and maintain relationships with new and existing accounts across various organizational levels

Develop sales strategies and value-based solutions through application evaluations with end-user customers

Utilize sales and marketing tools for presentations, sales calls, and prospecting

Collaborate with engineering to create innovative project solutions with strong value propositions

Document all opportunities, companies, contacts, and customer interactions in the CRM system

What is Required (Qualifications):

Minimum 2 years of proven experience in capital equipment and/or packaging sales

Direct sales experience with leading domestic consumer packaged goods companies

Four-year degree in Sales, Engineering, or Business is highly desired

Strong technical sales and polished presentation skills

Competent user of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; familiarity with CRM systems

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

Mechanical aptitude to understand packaging automation and company products

Knowledge of AutoCAD and experience with industrial line layout

Demonstrated ability to work remotely and manage effective prospecting

Exceptional interpersonal and facilitation skills

Strong listening and communication skills, both oral and written
