We’re looking for a

Commercial Door Sales Consultant

who’s ready to build lasting relationships, uncover new opportunities, and deliver best‑in‑class solutions across Kansas and neighboring communities. If you’re motivated by growth, driven by results, and ready to represent a respected brand in Kansas’s commercial marketplace — this is your moment.

What You’ll Do

Build and nurture relationships with contractors, architects, property managers, and business owners across Kansas City and surrounding communities.

Identify project opportunities through site visits, networking, and referrals.

Recommend and present solutions for rolling steel doors, sectional overhead doors, operators, and access control systems tailored to each client’s needs.

Prepare detailed proposals and bids that reflect accuracy, professionalism, and value.

Partner with operations and installation teams to ensure project success from quote to completion.

Represent Garage Pros KC at local trade shows and community events to expand brand awareness.

Conduct job‑site assessments, prepare cost sheets, and follow up with clients to ensure complete satisfaction and future business.

Maintain organized, up‑to‑date records of client interactions and project activity within our CRM.

What You Bring

Sales experience in construction, building materials, or commercial door systems (preferred).

Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship‑building skills.

Ability to read blueprints and construction plans (preferred).Strong attention to detail, organization, and follow‑through.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM tools.

A positive, proactive mindset and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Developing a deep technical understanding of doors, gates, and access control systems.

Managing multiple bids, projects, and client expectations in a dynamic environment.

Crafting creative, custom solutions that align with client needs and budgets.
