You are identifying legitimate storm damage, managing insurance claim scope, and driving contracts from inspection to production. We operate in volume-dense, storm-impacted markets where the math works. Compensation Structure
25% commission on gross profit Average contract value: $10,000–$15,000 Volume-driven model (5–8+ contracts per month realistic with execution) Realistic earnings: $180,000–$200,000+ Top producers scale $250,000–$350,000+ Paid training provided Draw available for qualified producers This is a performance model. If you manage activity and control your pipeline, the income follows the math. What Makes This Different This is not chasing one large contract and waiting weeks.
