Key Responsibilities

Manage and grow a defined sales territory in Western Phoenix from 101 West to the state border and in North of HWY 60 to State border including Prescott Valley and Flagstaff.

Travel regularly within the region, including some overnight trips per month, to support account development and customer engagement.

Use a consultative approach to present Sealed Air's cushioning solutions, including Instapak and Shanklin equipment, to meet customer needs.

Build and maintain relationships with end‑users and distributor partners.

Design and deliver tailored protective packaging solutions that improve operational efficiency and support sustainability goals.

Maintain accurate customer and pipeline data in CRM systems (C4C) and contribute to strategic territory planning.

Collaborate with internal teams to bring innovative offerings and service improvements to market.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.

3+ years of experience in outside sales.

Willingness and ability to travel regularly, including overnight stays (average 3‑5 overnights per month).

Valid driver's license.

Strong communication, time management, and problem‑solving skills.

Experience with CRM systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.

Preferred Background

Experience selling into manufacturing, logistics, packaging, or industrial sectors.

Familiarity with both consumables and capital equipment sales.

Proven ability to develop and execute a territory growth plan.
