BARplast LLC is an international distributor of high-performance polymers, serving demanding applications across energy, industrial, aerospace, electronics, medical, automotive and specialty manufacturing markets. We work closely with leading global material producers to commercialize high-performance polymers such as PEEK and Polyimides, combining technical expertise with a consultative, customer-focused approach. We are part of the BIEGLO-Group headquartered in Hamburg, Germany. To grow our business activities in North America, we are seeking an experienced, motivated professional to support technical sales, application development, and commercial execution in Houston based hybrid, part-time capacity. In this role, you will actively drive the growth of our PEEK, Polyimides, PAI, PEI polymers business and develop strategic customer relationships in technology-driven markets. What You’ll Do:

Drive commercial growth for high-performance polymer materials by advancing qualified customer opportunities. Engage directly with customer engineering and R&D teams to position materials through application-driven value. Build and expand key customer relationships while identifying and qualifying new leads, applications and market opportunities. Collaborate closely with suppliers, logistics, and internal leadership to ensure seamless execution from quote to delivery. Prepare quotations, manage order processing in CRM system, respond promptly and professionally to enquiries and managing accurate customer data. Lead customer projects from the concept phase to series production release by taking full ownership. Represent BARplast and our leading supplier brands at industry events and tradeshows. What You’ll Bring:

5–10 years of experience in sales & marketing or business development within high-performance polymers. Strong working knowledge of PEEK, Polyimides, and similar high-performance and engineering plastics. A commercial mindset with the ability to lead independently, manage priorities and drive technical validation into revenue. Strong communication skills - comfortable engaging with engineers, senior management and C-level executives while influencing decisions and contracts across purchasing functions. Master’s degree in engineering, materials, or business (or equivalent experience). Fluency in languages such as Spanish and/or German is a plus but not necessary. Why BARplast:
