
Options Plus is seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to support the growth of our employee benefits portfolio. This role focuses on selling Minimum Essential Coverage (MEC) plans, Minimum Value (MV) plans, and dental and vision solutions, primarily through relationships with insurance brokers and agencies, as well as direct employer outreach.
Key Responsibilities
Sell MEC, MV, dental, and vision plans to brokers, agencies, and employer groups
Build and maintain strong broker and agency relationships
Educate brokers and employers on plan features and value propositions
Generate new business through outbound prospecting and referrals
Manage the full sales cycle through enrollment and implementation
Maintain accurate pipeline and activity reporting
Collaborate with internal teams on quoting and onboarding
Stay informed on industry trends and competitive offerings
Qualifications
Experience in employee benefits or insurance sales
Familiarity with MEC, MV, ACA-related, or ancillary benefits preferred
Existing broker relationships a plus
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Self‑motivated and organized with the ability to work independently
Comfortable using CRM and sales tools
