Role Description This is a full‑time hybrid role based in San Juan, Puerto Rico, with some flexibility for remote work. As a Commission Sales Associate, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and promoting Energy Management Group’s diverse energy, consulting, and electrical service offerings. Your day‑to‑day activities will include conducting sales presentations, negotiating contracts, generating leads, and ensuring client satisfaction by addressing queries and concerns effectively. You will work closely with other team members to achieve sales targets and contribute to the company’s mission of promoting sustainable growth.
Qualifications
Experience in sales, customer relationship management, and lead generation
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of renewable energy, energy consulting, and electrical services is preferred
Proficiency in identifying customer needs, crafting solutions, and closing sales
Ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
Proficient in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field is a plus
Fluency in Spanish and English is required
