
Position Summary:
This is a unique opportunity for a motivated and experienced
Account Executive
within
Sleep Diagnostics and EEG
to drive significant growth across a portfolio of
SaaS services and medical technology solutions .
The role will receive day-to-day support and strategic direction from the leadership team
. The successful candidate will lead from the front, delivering
Sleep Diagnostic, EEG, Home Sleep Testing (HST), laboratory and SaaS solutions
to major partners and customers across California.
This position carries full ownership for revenue growth across all relevant market segments within the assigned geography.
Primary Responsibilities & Duties:
Grow
Sleep Diagnostic and EEG revenues
in line with assigned targets, strategies, plans and KPIs, with full accountability for quota achievement.
Partner closely with field, service and support teams to ensure existing and new customers experience a consistently high-quality, value-driven relationship across hardware and SaaS offerings.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with key purchasing decision-makers and stakeholders, including physicians, hospitals, clinics, laboratories, local professionals, business and government organisations, and other referral sources.
Collaborate with leadership and field teams to help define and execute
innovative go-to-market approaches
for Home Sleep Testing, laboratory and SaaS solutions.
Develop new
HST SaaS business relationships , manage existing accounts and generate new sales opportunities.
Maintain accurate, timely and compliant updates within the company CRM system.
Actively participate in sales onboarding, training and ongoing development programmes.
Investigate customer, sales and CRM issues promptly, escalating and troubleshooting product or process challenges as required.
Support the planning and execution of sales exhibitions, congresses and trade shows.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of competitive offerings, market trends, new products and services relevant to customers and internal stakeholders.
Undertake additional duties aligned with the role as required.
Qualifications:
Minimum
5 years of field sales experience
, with exposure to
Sleep Diagnostics and/or Neurology
strongly preferred.
Proven experience in
complex capital equipment sales
, emerging markets and/or
Home Sleep Testing
solutions.
Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple workstreams.
Collaborative, team-oriented mindset.
High-energy, entrepreneurial approach with a strong “can-do” attitude.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Self-starter who takes initiative and drives outcomes.
Strong presentation and stakeholder-engagement capability.Commercially astute with solid business acumen.
Results-driven and performance-oriented profile.
Bachelor’s degree required.
Travel: This role requires
approximately 60% travel , including overnight and occasional extended trips, depending on territory and business needs.
