Territory Sales Representative (Bilingual Spanish) Field-Based | Direct Hire

OTE: $105,000–$120,000

We're looking for a

high‑energy, bilingual (English/Spanish)

Territory Sales Representative who thrives on in‑person interaction, loves the open road, and excels in a fast‑paced, customer‑focused environment.

What You’ll Do

Sign up

12+ new automotive repair shops

each month

Make

15 in‑person visits daily

to new leads & existing merchants

Provide onboarding, training & ongoing support to partner shops

Log activities and manage relationships in

Salesforce CRM

Represent the brand at community & industry events

Collaborate with Sales, Marketing & Merchant Services to drive territory growth

What You Bring

1+ year in sales or a customer‑facing role

Strong relationship‑building & communication skills

Comfortable managing a territory & independently planning your day

Proficient in CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)

Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation & willingness to drive extensively (up to 15 stops/day)

Bonus Points For

Experience with automotive repair shops

Background in high‑volume, customer‑focused industries (auto sales, wireless retail, rental services)

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field

Field‑based role with extensive local travel

Occasional travel outside your territory

Use of company tech daily (laptop, tablet, smartphone)
