
Sales Representative – Anatomy Education

Position Overview
Zahourek Systems, Inc. is expanding its sales team and seeking a Sales Representative to join our growing team. This role focuses on selling the hands-on, highly engaging ANATOMY IN CLAY® Learning System. We are a mission-based company with a strong passion for education.
Location: Remote (initial training in Loveland, CO)
Territory: Regional Territory in United States to be determined
Employee Type: Full-time
Travel Requirement: Approximately 10–25%
Salary Range: $50,000 – $80,000 per year (base salary + commission)

Key Responsibilities
Manage sales and customer relationships within an assigned geographic territory.
Sell anatomical models, support materials, and educational training programs.
Serve K–12, collegiate, and other targeted educational market segments.
Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales quotas.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
Support marketing initiatives including exhibits, educational trainings, customer visits, and events.
Coordinate travel and logistics for events and customer meetings.
Utilize CRM systems and other software tools to optimize performance.
Travel overnight and occasionally on weekends for events (10–25%).
Collaborate with a mission-driven, team-oriented company.
Assess customer needs and recommend appropriate products and services.
Quantify opportunities for additional or expanded sales.
Implement effective sales and marketing strategies.
Maintain accurate records and reports using CRM and internal systems.
Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
3–5 years of sales experience.
Experience selling to K–12 and/or collegiate customers.
Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and QuickBooks.
Familiarity with CRM platforms.
Ability to travel as required.
Highly motivated, detail-oriented, and deadline-driven.
Proven ability to present, close sales, and meet revenue goals.
Preferred / Desired Qualifications
Previous teaching experience.
Background in Anatomy, Physiology, Gross Anatomy, or Science Education.
Experience in educational or gross anatomy sales.
Personal & Professional Qualities
Self-motivated and results oriented.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
High standard of business ethics.
Ability to pass drug and alcohol screenings.
