What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Develop and execute a strategy for Broker Distribution to meet sales, retention, and profitability goals
Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers to drive sales and brand recognition
Conduct a specified number of broker meetings weekly to promote Pacific Life's Group Benefits
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment and support for broker relationships
Participate in industry and community activities to stay informed on market trends
What is Required (Qualifications)
Minimum of 5 years of experience in group benefits sales with a strong presence in the broker marketplace
College degree in business management, finance, or risk management, or equivalent work experience
Ability to analyze data from various sources to support strategic decisions
Strong integrity with a transparent and consistent approach to decision‑making
Self‑awareness and a commitment to continuous improvement in performance
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Strong performance orientation and a drive for results
Exceptional analytical skills to understand complex business and financial issues
Proven ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders
