Overview
STS Metals is a unified organization composed of five businesses working together to deliver high-quality titanium, stainless and alloy steel and nickel products. This position is classified as regular, full-time. This position regularly requires long hours and occasional weekend work. This position is responsible for resolving customer inquiries and questions and offering solutions to drive Company revenue.
Responsibilities
Present and sell company products and services to new and existing customers.
Prospect and contact potential customers.
Reach agreed upon sales targets by the deadline.
Resolve customer inquiries and complaints.
Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of latest developments.
Create sales material to present to customers.
Work collaboratively with Sales & Marketing.
Qualifications & Requirements
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Minimum three years’ work experience in Sales, Customer Service or related fields.
Must be able to read and understand instructions in English.
Must have the ability to build rapport with clients.
Must have strong negotiating skills.
Must be proficient with CRM platforms.
Must be deadline and detail oriented.
Must be able to communicate, verbally and in writing, with managers and coworkers.
Must maintain quality practices and safety standards.
Must be able to work overtime as required.
