in appliances, furniture, flooring, tools, and home improvement products. The business has already achieved rapid growth and is now entering its

next phase: doubling revenue and launching multi-state expansion .

We are hiring a

proven growth operator

who can walk in

Day One , immediately

increase revenue , launch

new marketing and demand strategies , and build the systems required to

scale this business into multiple markets .

This role exists for one reason:

to grow fast .

What You Will Own (Immediate & Absolute Accountability) Revenue Acceleration — Day One Priority

Take full ownership of

doubling sales

Identify and pull

immediate revenue levers

(pricing, promotions, closing discipline, inventory velocity)

Personally coach, train, and close deals alongside the sales team

Install urgency, follow-up discipline, and high-conversion selling

Track and enforce KPIs: traffic, close rate, average ticket, margin, velocity

New Marketing & Demand Strategies

Launch

new, aggressive marketing strategies

within the first 30–60 days

Optimize and scale paid ads, Facebook Marketplace, promotions, events, and local demand generation

Align marketing tightly with inventory flow and pricing strategy

Kill campaigns that don’t convert

fast

Build a repeatable demand engine that scales by market

Inventory Strategy Built for Growth

Source inventory through truckloads, liquidation channels, scratch-and-dent, and overstock programs

Buy for

velocity and margin , not just volume

Control aging inventory and cash conversion cycles

Build a scalable sourcing model that works across future locations

Implement pricing systems that maximize

cash flow and turn speed

Enforce markdown schedules and damage tiering

Train teams to sell value and urgency — not discounts

Balance margin vs. velocity to fuel expansion capital

Leadership, Execution & Culture

Build a

sales-first, accountability-driven culture

Hire, train, and lead closers — not order takers

Hold people accountable to daily activity and results

Develop leaders capable of running future stores

Expansion & Scale

Build SOPs and systems that scale beyond one location

Own store-level P&L and performance

Lead the business into

new markets and new states

Who This Role Is For

A

proven revenue leader

from a sales-driven retail environment

Someone who has

personally doubled or rapidly scaled sales

Deep understanding of

marketing, pricing, inventory velocity, and sales execution

Comfortable being measured on

results, not effort

Hungry to build and scale a business aggressively
