We are currently seeking a Regional Sales Manager focusing on

Wholesale and Correspondent channels , who can bring with them, a team Wholesale Account Executives – small or large, while also maintaining a pipeline of their own. In addition to consistent competitive pricing, territories offer minimal to no broker overlap, creating an opportunity for the originators to maintain their current customers, and developing new ones, while offering modern technology, process, and service. Responsibilities:

Work with the National Sales Manager to be a major contributor on the overall sales strategy, focused on setting our customer experience apart from our competitors while ensuring that we meet all regulatory requirements. Bring a team, small or large of Wholesale Account Executives at the start. Recruit new talent to your team. Develop, Support, and maintain a dynamic sales team. Work with internal partners to learn process, procedure, and guidelines. Be a culture carrier of high performance across digital and direct experiences. Maintain a large focus on daily as well as weekly performance. Provide developmental plans for team members as needed to drive improved performance. Report team standings (service, production, expectations) to Sales Management. Interact with senior leadership within the company as well as with management teams of our partners. Required Skills:

5-8+ years of

wholesale lending management

exp in

Mortgage Lending Industry (Wholesale & Correspondent Channels) 5+ years of mortgage product experience ( FNMA, FHLMC, FHA/VA (Govvie), Jumbo, and Non-QM guidelines ) Proven track record of driving regional production, meeting volume targets, and maintaining a personal pipeline. Exp or working knowledge of

Loan Origination System (LOS) Proficiency

- Hands-on experience using and training others on wholesale LOS platforms.
