Experience in Inside Sales and Lead Generation

Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment and meet sales targets
Proficiency in relevant CRM software is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
Previous experience in the building materials industry is advantageous
